What travelers say
A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“Katy & Katie was such a pleasant host who accommodated my needs during my stay. She made the concern I presented an easy solution. The property has an incredible remodel as you can see accents of 1980’s former hotel architecture. The thermostat in the room over the bed is a nice touch for those who have climate issues. The room also has a tight stand in shower bathroom. I enjoyed my stay. The property spa is under repair. Courtyard does not include breakfast so plan ahead. In addition, the beautiful patio in the rear of the property should be more addressed by management since it has so much potential!”
“Clean rooms, great receptionists! A couple caveats- it’s a Courtyard in Newburgh- not everything is perfect, but the staff tries hard to do a good job. Some of the shower knobs are backwards, some hooks are missing, etc- but it’s clean, comfortable, and safe. I stay here a lot for work and am rarely disappointed!”
“Katy working at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart. She was friendly, professional and got us checked in fast after a long ride to get to the hotel. Between Katy the front desk and the housekeeper the older woman I believe also named (Katy) was such a sweet lady. These two let alone are going to now be the reason why me and my bf will be choosing this hotel when we’re traveling in this area! Thank you ladies!”
